NJ to get rid of front plates

I heard this on the radio today. There is a bill before NJ gov proposing to rid the state of the need for a front plate.

I'll see if I can find anything on it.

Good Luck on that passing. I mean I would love it if it did but that bill is gonna face a lot of opposition from law enforcement. And since we live in the police state of NJ, I don't see them losing either.....

Sorry, but I have my doubts.

I live in Mass and we have a front plate law, but I ran sans plates anyways. BTW I have also been pulled by the state police too, and they have yet to notice.

Jersey state troopers LOVE pullin people over, I doubt this will happen. If it does, it may not go over too well. That would be one less thing they could pull us over for. lol

lol..I wanna take my front plates off, but have to come up with a way to plug the damn holes that will be left behind. I could get the bumper re-painted, but it's gonna cost like 250 a pint to match my factory paint. Damn blue, purple crazy metal flake havin paint. lol...

Would be nice for this to pass. I remember when I first bought my car and didnt have a front plate on it. I had alot of cops in this one town making u-turns to get me until they saw the temp tag in the back. Being its one of the easiest violations to spot and pull someone over for which could lead a host of other tickets, Im sure the state's police officers will fight to have this bill shot down.
