I always love hearing the stories of the kids that buy the "Dare" licence plates because they are "cool" looking. And the reason why its funny is, they get those license plates and they are supposed to be into "Drug Abuse Resistance Education" and they get pulled over and have drugs in there cars. You know how much your ticket goes up with having a Dare license plate and having drugs on you... holy heck.
