Machine shop to drill/tap brake caliper brackets?

I have a set of F-body LS1 calipers that are going onto my car. Well my car stock uses 14mm bolts and the F-body LS1 calipers use 12mm. Well I could go the cheap route and just use spacers to fill the gap. However being my brakes, I rather just stick with the larger bolts. Well in order for me to use my stock bolts, I need to have caliper brackets holes increased from 12mm x 1.75 pitch to 14mm x 2.0 pitch. I have not been able to come across a 14mm tab, and as well I don’t have good enough tools I think to drill in the first place. So does anyone know of a good machine shop or a buddy that could do this for me? It shouldn’t be that hard of a job if someone actually has the right tools.

Let me know guys
Thanks

Problem is I can't find a 14mm tap unless the people at home Depot and Lowe's hate me. And as well I am unsure of what drill bit to use. I never really use drills or stuff so I don't know too much about it.
