Anyone here work with glass??

I need new windows for the sides and rear doors of my Mini. They all have some fairly good scratches and I would like to get some new glass cut for it. None of the windows are curved.

I know I can go to Safelite, but if someone here does this stuff, I would rather keep the money 'in the family'.

I'm guessing I need tempered. I also want some of it to be tinted. I spoke with someone today about York Road Auto Glass, the car will most likely end up there.

Yeah sides are always tempered, front laminate. I'd have to order temper, probaly easier and cheaper to get it done at the shop.
