Anyone ever hear of JKL? I found a HID kit from them for $60.

At a local autoparts store. I tried searching them but couldnt find anything.

Its a H4 Halogen HID kit complete for $60 in ocean white. What do you guys think? Theres no returns since its on close out. Its $110 with a 45% discount.

Not HID, an HID bulb looks like this

Looks like something that just lets you run higher wattage bulbs.

Um actually your incorrect. If you pull enough amps then the wiring is rated for what do you think is gonna happen? Even if its for a couple cycles of the headlamps.
