anyone looking for a roommate in delco?

i'm getting pretty sick of my current roommate, he's really a jackass about the electric bill and refuses to ever use the heat or air conditioner because he can't handle the extra ~30 bucks to be comfortable in the summer time. it isn't really and issue yet but with summer around the corner and our lease up soon i want out ASAP.

i'm looking for somewere around drexel hill, secane, ridley, springfield, anywere in that general location but i'm flexable to an extent ( i work at taylor and dcmh )

basically i'll room with anyone aslong as they're responsible and have a job. i don't care how old you are aslong as you arn't a complete loser and it isn't your first time renting.

anyone intrested? i've got 2 friends that were looking at places with me but both flaked, i'd like to find a new place pretty soon but i'd be willing to wait for the right roommate
