I don't agree to number 8. Your best bet is to set up a date right away instead of "hanging out". If you "hang out" it's immediatly a friendly thing, and unless you're extremely good looking you ain't getting the poon.

Set up a date, but wait till they go to a meet or something of the sort. Be c()cky and ask them out in front of everyone, if they say no make fun of them for thinking you were serious, then sneak into their room at night and stick it in the pooper
