I've been going to the gym for probly 4-5 years now. Unfortunately, I go through a lot of being-broke spells (stupid car

) so I usually end up not being able to afford it for a month or two. The worst was senior year, I was so busy w/work, school, senior design, and other **** I wasn't able to work out for like 8 months. Horrible :thumbdow: I'm finally just now really getting back into the swing of things.

I go to LA Fitness as well but in montgomeryville or warrington area. Been @ this gym since oct. Been going to gyms in general for 5 years.

I go to the lafitness in oxford valley like 4-5 days a week. But i avoid the crowds i go either around 2 in the afternoon or around 930 at night. I just like to go work out and leave, i hate going during the fashion show.

i hate the fashion shows too. i used to go to la fitness but i just didn't feel comfortable there.

Yea I have been going to La fitness in Oxford Valley since it first opened. The best time to go is 10-1030 or 9 at night. But I have not been there for like 2 months.

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO LA FITNESS FOR LIKE A YEAR BUT I STARTED GOING 6 DAYS A WEEK STARTING MARCH FIRST AND I HAVE LOST 57 POUNDS! I USUALLY GO TO NESHAMINY OR OXFORD VALLEY AFTER 9PM.
IF ANYONE GOES LET ME KNOW IT WOULD BE COOL TO GO WITH SOMEONE!
