Like a minute ago, I saw a red turo talon flying past me at Huntingdon Pike / Welsh Rd and he clearly had no hood on the car. lol

Last I knew, my buddy did while he was waiting for his hood. he also had a BDS blower so he could pull it off!

technically yes but all you have to do is take a pic with a hood on and show the judge to get it dropped

iirc you can legally drive with no hood on sunday...
