I just got a good idea. I'm gonna open an apartment building but not really an apartment building. It'll be a big building and the one side will be all bunks and the rest of the space can be a social multi purpose area. Most apartment buildings carge what, $600 a month. I'll only charge $40 per week and for that, you get a nametag on a bunk. Mostly for students and people who are under 30 and make min wage and don't want to live with their parents or out of their cars. The main area will have lots of couches and some tv's and ****. No real kitchen, just a couple toaster ovens and microwaves and ****. Think dorm rooms but with smaller "personal" spaces and less rules. Anybody see F&F tokyo drift where the bitches climb into their beds that are stacked ontop of each other. I always thought that was a really efficient way of living.

Well I would like more personal space, but maybe for some this will be a good option, but just think about your potential clients...Will people in this situation be a good reliable source for your income?

just make it very clear, they put up 2 weeks payment, and if the rest are not on time, or at least paid by the next week, all their ish is goin in the road!

Like i said, there will be nobody over 30 and you've got to have at least a part time job. It'll be cool like the real world on mtv where people with all different backgrounds are sleeping next to each other. I'd use the rent money to, well pay bills first but, make the house better with nice carpet and paint and a disco ball and stuff.

wait wait wait, youd only charge $40 and no utlities whats so ever? You must be loaded if you can afford an entire aparment bulding/house to do it then have people $160 a month to live there.
