Wasn't it a factory option? Mounted in a dash top flip up mount?
if so, you'd probably have to get a screen w/ a hide away brain.
I know for a fact that Scosche just came out with a dash kit for that car recently.

no theres a factory for the mazda 3 and rx-8 the six doesnt the speedsix might but im not getting that

not off the top of my head but we sell them here for that car i am sure.I gotta check with installs because they carry them but I am sure I can find one or get one at a decent price... say 15% over cost sound good?

dont get it through mazda because they dont update software....you will be running on 2002 maps
