I vote PIAA, I had the Rockblocker on for almost two years and it just melted last week. Overall good value but PIAA will serve the purpose better. Now putting the bulb in is a different story.

I use yellow PIAA bulbs and yellow film.
The film by itself will not give you a true bright yellow. The bulbs are much better if you want a nice bright yellow. I happened to do the film first on my stock fogs and wasn't happy with the result, so I ended up buying PIAA Ion Crystal bulbs too. I also have yellow headlights, yellow Hella 500 fog lights, and Hella 500 driving lights. Pic below.
