Anyone ever get anything shipped from Japan? I was wondering because I have a friend stationed over in Japan and he said he would glady send me parts if I wanted them. Im thinking possible JDM front or something along those lines. Whats everyone think?

if hes stationed in Japan, then shipping it via military shipping will cost the same as shipping from Cali, and if you have the connection, go for it, a lot of ppl dream about that kind of connection lol

air shipping costs a mint but its quick, boat will take like 3 months.

Is your buddy Military or does he have access to a Post Office on a military base?

Shipping would probably be space available. So it all depends I have had stuff sent to me that way. Some times fast some times mega slow. But also mega cheap.

I got a laser sight shipped from Hong Kong. It took 7 days to get here (Fedex, it would have taken the same amount of time with that crappy shipping company if it were shipping from the next township over). Shipping was $14.xx, compared to in country which would have been around $9. SO figure a little under double in country shipping, compared to international.
