Anybody go to check this out?

It's in the Colbolt Ridge section of Levittown.

They tore the old house down last night. Poured the foundation last night and have the entire house up with windows and just getting ready to put the shingles on right now.

Insane.

My mom and a few of her friends are doing the sewing for the curtains and pillows and stuff, and another friend is doing the all-day delivery of coffee.

My brother is helping to sell the first extreme makeover house built in this area.
kinda sucks that a family went through all this, and are making a profit off of it now.

To be fair though you don't know the story. Some of those families are getting hit hard when their property taxes go up, or maybe they've hit rougher times and need the money.

wow. I didn't know some families sell their new house. but, most families keep it, right? If not, then how do they do the follow-up episodes?

oh wow they actually picked that house? my girlfriend lives down the street from it, nice. I thought they hadn't picked the winner of that thing yet.....cool

Hey, if you gotta move, you gotta move and if you make some profit, great! As long as they use it to move into somewhere nice and take care of their family. Isnt that what the whole show is about anyways? They could just give them cash, but instead they give them a home.

This could have been one of the first homes done on the show too though. They have been on for a few years now.
