HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE gas milage

I don't use ## miles to the gallon type shiz. I know I have a problem when I'm down to a half a tank of gas and only went 90+ miles driving at 50/55 mph. WTYF?!?!? Plugs? Fuel filter? leak?

Just do a tune up, Filter, Oil+filter, PCV valve, plugs, and check your upstream o2 sensor just that alone being bad would murder your gas mileage
Do that and see where you sit.

welcome to the club, it will be over by the spring. its the ethanol+wintermix thats burning like ****. Thats about what im gettting sometimes. I would reccomned going to your local subie dealer and having them flush your fuel induction system. If you are running a stg.2 or similar system setup on your car you may want this. It was about 90$ completely worth it.

I posted this months ago, youre not alone. And your car isnt dying.

fuel system flush isnt needed on a car with less than 45k on it. (dunno what your mileage is)

First thing first. Change fuel filter and air filter.

second, any CELS?

I have noticed the same thing. With the winter gas switch I noticed a small drop but over the past week my MPG's have gone to **** (haven't calculated but I'm getting about 110miles on 1/2 a tank) I'm starting to think all the salt on the road is to blame.

Stage 2.5 or 3..I get one cel, my fuel pump cover gasket has a minor cut, very very minor. Only comes on with cruise control, evap shizz. My car has over 67,000 miles on it.. air filter is new, fuel system has been cleaned last oil change, fuel filter change is comming up at 70,000. Plugs were changed less then 20,000 miles ago to Denso irridium 1 step colder. I'm going to clean my maf sensor and my 02 sensor when it warms up.

i haven't really noticed any crazy loss in MPG. the only reason I've gotten less MPG is because i've been sitting in like 30 to 40 mins of traffic.

I think I got 178 miles on a little more than half a tank.

I've been driving it like I stole it though.
