Is that a liquid that I have to mix? I was thinking of just getting a block, a band-saw, and a drill.

Yes it is two liquids when mixed and it dries, hardens to a nice 80 Shore hardness. Getting a block and shaping it would be a pain in the butt. Your better off making a mold and pouring it.

Ha no not really. What kind of bushings are you making? I did my own motor mounts but I don't think I would attempt my own bushings. Once you mix the urethane you have to use it all or have it go to waste. I did my front and back motor mounts and still had some left over to fill two dixie cups. I'm not sure why I did that but if made me feel like I wasn't wasting. =)

Use Delrin AF for custom made bushings, not poly.

Mcmaster is the best place for you to get it. They are expensive, but have everything and very good service. Any minor machine shop can make these for you, just give them a bushing or a drawing of what you want.

Energy Suspension may also have what you need. Call them.
