When you join the military, and sign your contract you shouldn't just have some thought that passes your mind; you should think about it in depth. This piece of **** asshole obviously didn't and know he has to pay.

Your contract basically says that when you're in the Army, it owns you. You are it's bitch.

he was charged with 7 things, all but 3 were dropped. now he will go to trial for the remianing three ( wich will be dropped ) worst case scenario he spends 7 years in military prison, but he has already said that's something he's okay with

haha, please kid. i grew up a military brat until my dad retired ( and then died from prostate cancer, thanks agent orange ) I support the military and wanted to go active duty, i did rotc and cap. but i also shattered my ankle and have 3 medical conditions that exclude me from duty ( 4 if you count now being fat )

uh, he enlisted AFTER getting his college degree. if you read about him you would have known that. he enlisted after 9/11 because he felt compelled to do help defend our country, however gong to iraq to help with bush's illegal invasion =! defending us. he was offered a desk job in iraq away from dirrect combat but turned it down. and offered several times to go to afghanistan instead, this isn't about some kid wanting free money and not wanting to serve, it's about a morale duty that someone finnaly stood up for
