Funny Tristate

I must say that I do not believe there has been a day in which I have come onto tristate and not laughed at something. Whether its the fact that someone posted something totally stupid and someone came back with a funny comment. I just want to thank these people for making my day brighter at the expense of others J/K. But what is with the serious flaming, I see it all over the board that we are becoming just like any other forum, where we are sitting here waiting watching and worrying when the next post to be flamed will be. The internet is a place where no one can actually see you and supposedly your manhood increases due to being hidden behind a computer screen, right? But perhaps I am just rambling on about how I dont want this forum to turn out to be like other forums where people are flamed for how their car looks or for coming up empty in a search for an answer. I rarely vivit the VW and camaro forums anymore for this very reason. Ill end this with my hopes of this forum not turning out like many of the others out there. Flame away

I know what you mean, the frequent users on Vortex and Honda-Tech tend to be pretty harsh.

As of now I would consider TST to be a pretty friendly environment, but like you said I hope it doesn't turn into just another website where if you don't take pics with a DSLR or have a car that is cover material you ain't ****. As repetitive as the newb questions and poor quality pictures posted get, we all have to start somewhere.

This is what I'm talking about. I mean some people seriously are noobs when they come on here and you have to give them a break cause they dont' know how a forum works and in some cases how people act on the internet. LOL But just looking over the forum lately I got the idea that TST was becoming just like the other sites.... Just my 2 cents and some spare change

Well I see it too. People just feel the need to burn other people for no reason. The site is still good and I hope it stays good. I'm seeing alot of people just getting a user name to post a FS thread like other fourms, which I think is redic. I know this is not the feedback section, but from this site being so good I think thats why alot of people are on here. Its like no other.

Internet muscles FTL!!

People are always going to try and act tough over the internet...people take things the wrong way...MOST of the time.

I really hope that TST doesn't develop into something like that...and it's going to be hard not to; unless people who break (I feel) a certain number of rules//times get kick_teh_hell out.
