i was going through a light which was green on my end and then this person blows the red light and hits me but when the cops get there he says he had the green light...is ther a way the cops can go back and see what time the light switched over or how is this going to go down since he is lying and said his light was green..thanks

Were there any witnesses? If someone else who saw it can corroborate your story, you should be fine. Unless there's a camera at the intersection, it's really your word against theirs.
