Ok, I found an apartment in Lansdale, but my roomate to be had to back out. I still have the option to move in but I can't afford the rent on my own. Rent is alittle under 800 split 2 ways + utilities. The location is good. On street parking with a dirt lot in front where you can park cars if needed and the neiorhood is safe. The apartment is directly across the street from RT Tuning so we'd always be around some pretty sweet cars. I need to know ASAP. As the landlord will begin advertising in March if the apartment is not filled.

Ivan is a cool dude you won't any issues with him as a roomate. Also yes R/t Tuning is across the street, and we kick ass. This is not a personal opinion it is FACT. O one more thing Ivan isn't gay so far as my knowledge goes of him so you don't have to be worried about him trying to see you neked.
