Oh, and Autostrada on Street Rd. has a used 2001 DB7 Vantage with 15K miles that belonged to one of the goalies from the 2002 Stanley Cup.

Yea.....Ford is still involved with Aston Martin, but only 15% stake. Seems like mostly for R&D and Manufacturing though, everything else is handled by Louis Vitton.

This could actually be better for Aston Martin as well, since Louis Vitton has a GREAT marketing system, and has MUCH more liquid capital to spare then Ford does right now.....

I think next to go is Jaguar....from there, who knows.

Aston Martin is still outsourced work; and its own division.

Ford just makes money.

The reasoning behind this seems to be more of a marketing technique then anything else. Louis Vitton and Aston Martin are both noviltey items, or items to purchase to make a statement saying "Hey, I got money". Just one of those things...
