Stealing

Why are civics so sought after as far as being stolen...when I asked if a civic was a good car someone said yeh if you don't mind thieves? What's up with that

Easy to break into, easy to steal, common parts which are easy to sell, lots of them on the road, not usually well alarmed.

I would still reccomend one for a good daily driver. If you plan on modding it seriously (engine swap, turbo, REAL work), and not just ricing it out, Make sure you have a garage to store it in, and invest in a worth while alarm and possibly a lo-jack tracking system if its going to be outside.

HeHehe.....I leave the keys in the ignition of my civic hatch every time I park it for the night. It has a B16 swap too!!!!

Integra's are stolen because they come with either a b18b or a b18c1 DOHC VTEC motor. Either one of these motors are worth a good deal of money stolen or not. And they are crazy easy to get rid of.

Civic's are stolen because there is a huge demand for parts.

lol no im not gonna rice it...basically when I first get it I wanna make sure everything is running well then stereo system. After that I might just put minor upgrades like tighter suspension, brighter headlights, foglights, etc.

i use to have a fully built hatch, and i would always lie to people and tell them it had lojack and all kinds of kill switches. i use to **** my pants leaving it in the mall parking lot for 8 hour shifts. some of these kids are so good at stealing hondas that they can do it in less then 10 seconds without the keys in the ignition, so really it doesnt even matter if you leave your keys in your honda or not because if they wanna steal your car, its theres.

why do douchebags need to be so low that they go steal someone else's hard earned project? seriously I make almost nothing every other week after my bills are paid but I'm still going to manage to buy a decent car. Why can't those dirtbags that steal cars go get a job/life and earn something of their own. It just really gets to me that people are such scumbags that they need to take from others.

They don't care about what you've put into it - it's a matter of the lack of social law. There are no true repurcussions for stealing your stuff. Of course, if someone stole my stuff, I'd hunt them down and shoot them with several weapons, probably burn their house down, etc.

Still looking for whomever stole and gutted my 9-2X. Woe be unto him when I find him (or them).
