First of all sorry about the camera phone pic

Now for the questions

Which lines do I hook up where to run a MBC?

From what I understand I tee off a line connected to the turbo. From that line one hose goes to #1. The other line goes to the boost controller and then to #2. What the hell does #3 and #4 do?

Depends on the style of MBC...some just go inline on the vac source for the WG...usually you only use the top port for an EBC...I'm not familar with the WG (HKS?) but I believe #3 is an adjusment for the spring to add or subtract pressure on the spring and acctually works to adjust boost probably 2-3 PSI...

it looks like an older hks wastegate if you ask me but im not 100% sure.

It is a Greddy type r. I am trying to search for a manual now. I am told it is part # 11501534

Well since you turbo'd your M3 I figured you'd be a little more accustomed to the exotic knowledge of "how stuff works." If #1 is your charge line #4 is your boost control line. You only have to run #1 that is below diaphram. but, you knew that and all. #2 looks pointless and may simply be for reference, who knows. I'd never buy a product I didn't know how works. That bleed screw at the top is probably to tweak the spring inside, which isn't the most desirable, but what do I know.
