I want new HID's, help!

I was thinking about going with McCulloch 6000K H1 HIDs

I found them here:

http://www.ultrabrightlights.com/c-3...-hid-kits.aspx

Anyone know of any reputable places I can order them from other than this place? I just want to make sure im getting what im paying for. My current HID's are not what I want, so time to purchase new ones.

I sure did. I also personally met Allan (the owner) at Englishtown a few years back. He also has a WRX. You can feel safe about getting stuff from them.

I can't homie. I have JDM headlights in my car, how can I go oem?

My current ones are cool, but once the other day only one turned on, but now they are fine. I'm lost, im thinking it's the relay. Either way, I'll see them for like $150 so someone jump on them!

Na man its your ballast gettin ready to take a **** or its unevenly distributed power. I had 3 AM sets do that. I have some great links on my home computer about OEM HID vs AM. With mine I have OEM headlights socketed for a 9006 Bulb. I shaved out the notches and made rubber gaskets for around the D2R Bulb so they popped right in than lined them up accordingly and hit the outside of the bump with a little silicone to ensure a good seal.

So, even so, these should be able to be repaired and $150 is a good deal, right? That's cheap enough to get them fixed and still cost less than new.

Regardless its a good deal, Ballast arent repairable you would just have to purchase a new ballast. Most of the time what happens is the ballast get so hott during the winter than cools down so quick because of the cool air they just go. Last AM set I got from Troll to replace the 2nd set I have they only lasted 4 months if that.

No, my bulbs are fine, they both work. I think I just need a new relay, because once in a blue moon one turns on and the other doesn't, then it gets fixed. lol Who knows, I just don't want them so im selling them dirty cheap! Easy fix for sure.
