VW waterfest at englishtown raceway, its july 16 and 17 (sat and sun) ill be there on saturday the 16th with my friend with a 02 gti 1.8t after we rip out his ecu to get chipped. (we'll be in my eclipse), just wondering if anyone on here was going, he just got the car a couple months ago and wants to meet some vw people, lemme know if yr going. thanks

its huge but dont expect to put your car on the track that day....only dubs, audi's and porsches allowed :D

yea, my friend with the gti is just dragging me there cuz he doesnt have his license yet and his dads company (kenwood car audio) is a vendor there but has no more room in his truck for his own son, haha. i wouldnt race there cuz i dont wanna make all those cars look bad and get beat up in the parking lot by 80,000 vw owners, lol power by numbers and mod mentality suck

he works for kenwood, he's the one that puts up all the kenwood exhibits at car shows on the east coast, and he's also a kenwood retailer. i dont even know if im going anymore, ill see if we can get the eclipse running by saturday.

Beyond rainy. Glad most people made it home safe, there were a few cars that got really messed up in the rain. Did anyone see the plane crash?!

Not too bad a show though, i had fun.

i seen the plane trying to land but didn't realize it crashed-
-plane crash
-lightning struck some cars in the parking lot
-cars got stolen
-some cars got flooded beyond repair

waterfest sure lived up to its name this time
