Anybody see this movie?

It stars Val Kilmer who goes underground as a 'tweaker' to avenge his wifes murder by dirty cops.

I just saw the whole thing for the first time. Very good movie.

Awesome movie!! I remember a scene where Val Kilmer's junk was put into a rat trap or something. That was crazy.
