Spotted on Bustleton and Haldeman. Had tint, what looked like a drop, lower profile tires, a young kid driving it and had RevItUp motorsports vynil on the front lower lip. 4PM..anyone here?

Had a factory wing....i think. He also had some kind of sticker on the rear windows..well the ones on the doors...i think it said eibach.
