It actually sound like it needs the valves re-adjusted.

You can hear the Honda-noises in there though. Injectors, SLIGHT Honda-Tick, and then the valve mis-adjustment which everyone seems to be talking about.

How do you like it with the H22 in there??

h22? the block clearly had a b18c?
the rattle could be a lot of things. When it was rev'd it sounded pretty smooth, but you definitely could use a valve adjustment. You should paint the valve cover. give it a nice fresh look.

Im going to take it to honda and have them adjust the valves and do a complete engine check.....im not doubting the shops work but second opinions never hurt.

it sounds like valve noise with some noisy injectors . take it to the dealership and have them check to see if you need a valve adjustment. but its not rod knock or anything crazy like that.

you can also buy a 10$ stethoscope from a car parts store and locate the source of the noise yourself.

Well the GSR engine is sick, but the 5 speed tranny is even better. Remember, Im going from a Sohc Turbo Auto to this. It moves pretty good and the DOHC Vtec is insane.
