i was backed against a wall in a no parking zone, there was a wall next to me and i guess the ticket loser couldn't get behind my car to see the make/model so on the ticket it says

make: car
model: red coupe

license: n/a
sticker y/n: unknown

there is litteraly no identifying things about my car, just a fine with no info on who it's for other than "red car"

i hate my apartment security, we have no parking and tow away zone signs everywere but they never do **** but write tickets, some guys beater has been broke down infront of my apartment taking up 2 spots for like a month and a half

^^not true, they'll get you. i owed west chester university parking authority $260 in back parking tickets after being towed. be warned.

Apparently the PSU cops report/file unpaid tickets with the local cops as well. At Delaware county they write tickets for things like not displaying your parking tag. That has happened to me a few times. I just go to the office and have them throw it out.

The one lady tried to make me pay it. I told her she could take it out of the $6,000 a semester that I pay.

Yeah screw that. The only way it would get back to you is if the same cop saw your car parked somewhere again, they might remember they didn't get you're license # before and go and add it to the file or just re-write you out another ticket or something...

How much is the ticket? I get parking tickets at u of d all the time for 5 bucks and supposedly they are easy to get out of but its not even worth my time to go fight them, or the hassle after not paying them.....

5 for not displaying parking sticker ( it was on my window he's just blind )
15 for parking in a no parking zone
15 for blocking a driveway ( i have no idea what driveway that is, the closest one to me was like 40 yards away )

I had unpaid tickets at PSU too and they put a hold on my account until i paid it...couldnt register for classes or ne thing

yeah.. hahah... I parked on the street right in front of my class building and I got a ticket for blocking a sidewalk and driveway. I wasn't blocking anything, I just assumed it was because I was the car that was closest to the driveway and sidewalk, lol. I also got an additional ticket at the same time for being more then 1 ft away from the curb. They must have gotten out a measuring tape because it looked like a foot to me... but who really does that **** anyway?

I really think it depends on the ticker writers mood, lol, if they're in a bad mood they will write you up for anything they can think of. Its bs
