im curious, i got pulled over last night and got a fine because my headights had a blue tint... i have 10,000K HIDs and he told me they were illegal. he also told me my exhaust was illegal.. told me something about baffled exhaust being illegal and anything that didnt come factory was illegal too. is this true? i dont know why he wasted his time, this is rediculous. $106 fine... any advise??

on the yellow slip it says:

Other: Ornamental Lamps
Defendant placed aftermarket not original equipment on vehicle

this is madness
