we should have wished you guys luck months ago when you went to court for them to take it away or not.

I still got mine, but my lawyer is going to be the factor of whether or not I lose it on the 5th

well, for me it was more complicated then that. Long story short, did some donuts, no cops around, cop showed up at my house, said I had a fine to pay, got some points, wouldn't lose my license. Plead guilty, paid the fine, and then a letter showed up sayin I had to turn my license in for 6 months. So FINALLY after 5 1/2 months without my license, I got my court date, which I just got back from. Got it knocked down to careless driving from wreckless, which is only a 3 month suspension, so I should be getting my license back sometime next week. And the 3 points on my license will be gone in a year.

me and twinz on here have a court date for Nov. 28 or 29 not sure. We both might be losing our license for 6 months for street racing, when we didnt even race

I believe that's double jeapordy. The courts can't give you a punishment and then turn around and give you another.
