ok 2 months ago a shop in texas ordered an ems from me for their customer, the total charge was 2k. yesterday i looked at my merchant acct status and see that the 2k was charged back. so i called the customer, and asked him why and he claims that he totally forgot he made that purchase. he said he will call his cc company to have them cancel that chargeback. so he called me back and said that it was done. i called my merchant services and they said that they have not recieved the request yet from his card and that it could take 75days.

wtf is wrong with this

so you're out of 2 grand for 75 days... thats really nice when you have to pay the invoice to the manufacturer you bought it from...

yep!!!! besides what the hell kind of business does someone run that they forget they made a purchase

well he was trying to scam i guess, you dont forget a 2k order it just does not happen, besides i have all of the tracking numbers and more so my merchant company knows its ledgit but they cant do anything till his cc releases it. after 75 days my merchant company is allowed to get my money back since it was a ledgit order

seroiusly thinking about filling a fraud report though against his business. guess my wifes surprise party might have to be canceled tonight since i was saving money in that acct also for her and they took that hahahahaha

the sad part is i pay my merchant services over 20k a year when all set and done in % they keep per transaction. you would think they would fight more for me. besides telling me that if in 75 days they dont reply i get my cash

well just got an email from the purchasing company and claimed he just called mastercard and it takes them 48 hrs to send my merchant services the request, lets see what happens

i hate how credit card companies just hand out credit. im only 21 and american express and all these other companies are offering me business unlimited credit cards. also hate people that get credit cards max them out and pay/settle their account for 1/4 of what they owe. gay. sorry to hear about your situation though.
