illegal parking problem

Alright, last night I went to my car to run to the store and found some asshate parked behind me in a tow away zone, they're so close I cannot even wedge out without grinding my front bumper on a cement barrier. I called the apartment security and they said they would come take care of it, I go out this morning and the car is still their but has a parking ticket ( WTF ) I called again and they said they don't tow for a first offence, so I called the towing company, they won't come out. I don't know what to do, I have class and need to leave but this ass ****er is still parked illegally behind me and noone will do anything about it. what can I do? how much trouble could I get into if I break their window so I can put the car in neuteral and push it out of my way ?

That sucks. It happens all the time to people down at Temple. There really isn't much you can do but wait it out. I mean if you knew someone with a truck maybe you could wrap a rope around his alxe and pull the car backwards.

Well, vandalism for starters. And if the guy decides to tell the cops that things are "missing," you'll probably get in trouble for that too.

Piss in his gas tank and take a cab. Good day.

i understand they aren't payed to patroll the apartment complex. but that doesn't mean they can't get the guy towed or do something else about it.

maybe run the plates and give the guy a call nd just ask him to move it.

i'm grabbing a blanket to put on my bumper, them im going to try to push it out of the way, if that doesn't work, i think I have a plan B... it seems like I only need 4-5 inches more and I could just bearly squeeze out, I think if I take his front bumper off I could make it, but I'm not sure how to take the bumper off of a boxster without damaging it ( not my goal to damage his/her car, just want it moved )

ummmm, good luck?
Be sure to leave a note, it would suck for you to get a hit and run when he finds out his car is ****ed up.

The first idea of "breaking the window and moving the car", the second idea of "putting a blanket at the back of your car and moving it for him", the third idea of "removing his bumper," I would HATE to see any more ideas...BUT...

LET'S HEAR IT! At least I will stay amused. I don't understand why they wouldn't tow it, but go on.

Take his bumper off. I almost lost it when I read that.

Yeah dude I see it every day at Temple. Some kid was literally a dime thickness away from my buddy's si the other day. No reason that I could tell off that he had to be that close. Had 2-3 feet behind them.

Tow away zone. It shouldnt matter at all if its his first offense. Tell the apartment security to get off their asses and follow the rules. Tow away zone means tow the ****ing thing away

That would make me steamed man. I live in the city too and I park at Temple too and everytime I come out to my car I cross my fingers to hope some a$$hole didn't scrape up my bumpers.... I once found an 90's Buick about a centimeter away from my bumper and there were scrape marks on the driverside rear bumper from the person squeezing in.... I won't say what 'happened' to that car, but I can say it lost some re-sale value

You should have looked up his license plate # online. And then found out his phone number and called him.

well anyway, I tried the blanket on my bumper and gently pushing his car back but it wasn't going to work, I didn't want to give it to much gas and mess up his ( or my ) bumper, fortunitly something happened that I hadn't considered, it set his alarm off. I went inside to put my stuff away and when I came out his car was moved, I figure he had a 2 way alarm thing and came out to see what happened
