Anyone Good With Cell Phones? (techs)

My girlfriend dropped her phone in water. I took the battery off, mem card out, blew out a bunch of the water, and than put it in the dryer on a rack. Well everything now works except the battery went bad. HOWEVER, the microphone volume is EXTREMELY quiet. If she calls me, I can hear her talking and it's perfectly clear, however, it's just quiet, as in way too quiet. Is there a way you can replace just the mircophone, and if so, how much?
