Alignment shop for a really low car around Philly

I lowered the NSX and now im having a hell of a time getting the car aligned. Basically can't fit on any of the alignment racks around. Just wondering if anyone around here has run into this and where you ended up going to have your alignment done?

regards,

Matt

I haven't gotten my car aligned yet but I have been recommended to go to Customs Cars by Koz... its in Reading but i believe i was told $100 for an alignment on a lowered car which seems pretty reasonable since most places won't do them or can't do them right...I'd give them a call and see 610-777-7366, like I said never used them but was suggested by someone i met

I believe he has a hunter machine and when I was at the shop your car can be pretty slammed and he will not have a problem doing it.

Talk to Steve Snow at Bimmerworks in West Chester. His site is www.bimmerworks.com for any info that you need, but he has a nice new alignment rack and I'm sure he can help you out. He works with all sorts of vehicles and has a lot of experience with higher end vehicles. Just tell him Josh with the yellow car sent you. :D

lol, we used sheets of plywood, layered up to align a lowered corvette and slammed CRX.

dont know if u got the alignment or not. but for anybody else there is an American Tire/ ATS., that just had a brand new HUnter low profile alignment machine installed. ITs located on quakerbridge road in hamilton, nj, its real easy to get to also. IF anybody reads muscle mustans and fast fords there is a guy who is always in the magazine for his mustang, his name is mike bowen and he works there. real cool guy with a real fast car, 12 second car, stock, just a great suspension and awesome driving. hope this helps somone

This may sound a tad retarded but i'd bet most corvette dealerships could handle it. Those suckers have pretty low clearance up front to begin with.

Hey there,

Thanks to everyone for their suggestions. I ended up pulling the front bumper off the car over the weekend and took it to a local shop. Even with it off I had less than 1/4" clearance, lol.
