questions about zex kit

I was about to order this kit

and a presure gauge, should I get a bottle heater or is it really neccesary ?

is there anything else I should get or will that be good for a start ?

This would be a much better option. Add a bottle heater and purge and you'll end up with a very safe, high quality nitrous setup.

i think im actually going with a 75 wet shot, window switch, heater, and no purge

1320 has a similar kit for sale pretty cheap, check out their thread about it, maybe save you some money.

Why buy a used kit? Spend a couple more dollars (w/purge) and get a new setup with brand new solenoids.

thanks, don't think I'm going to get purge though, I loose traction pretty bad in first so I think it may be better to let it ease in rather than get a straight shot right off the bat

Going rich when nitrous engages isnt a good way to control the shot, you could backfire from it and blow things up. If you want full control go with a simple progressive controller.

you may need a fuel tuner, from what I hear the tib runs pretty rich all the time, could be why we get crappy gas mileage
