Looking into pepper spray or a chemical spray.

I understand the ratings for pepper sprays, but I don't know much about the chemical stuff.

Also, what do cops generally have. I have access to an officer...so if their stuff is better than what I can get on the market....

it's for the girlfriend. I want to know for sure that anyone messing with her that needs to get sprayed...remembers it for a long time.

i can understand why you ask though, i got maced a few times (dont ask) and yes that **** sucks mad donkey balls, but no it wouldnt stop an attacker if he's determined or crazy enough

She plays rugby, and has taken guys out before. She can handle herself quite well.

I found one that's 5.3 million on the Scoville Heat Unit rating scale, that should stop most people....

x2. Maybe a tazer would help also. It takes a little work to take someone out who is all PCP'ed up and cant feel a thing.

I'm not worried about anything like that. I'm worried about townies, lol. Besides...if we got her a tazer...we'd both end up playing with it and shocking ourselves

when i was a cop, we carried 'oleoresin capsicum aerosal', and let me tell you, that ish hurts like hell! if you can find that, it will definitely be better than your typical pepper spray.

I can say from past run-ins that the most horrible spray hands down is the bear mace that the state park officials use.

In the ER we get dudes who were maced all the time. But this one time we got a Park Ranger who was exposed and OMG, the whole er had to be cleared out.

FYI, If you want to prolong a visit to the county jail, get urself maced and tell the cops ur allergic

EDIT: almost forgot, you can buy the stuff at your local Army Navy store for like $15.

Straigt trip to the local ER on the cops dime.
