1) Have high ranking member borrow millions from vault
2) Buy points in the points market place
3) Mug repeatedly while refilling his nerve with the points he just bought. Then Once he has re-claimed his million he spent, he attacks and puts them in the hospital. He now has 500+ points and the money he just spent!

Thats cruel but a damn good idea!
