scum like that exist because there aren't any superheros like in the movies! and the justice system sucks and alot of women won't speak up for themselvse. some people just have issues, nothing you can really do about it.

sad thing is, her son is hands down the cutest baby I have ever seen.

Seriously. She has to look at the kid everyday and think of that asshole.

She was actually brought to my ER twice and recieved MRI's and ultra sounds each time.

I was actually with her when the cops had to go to the dudes trailer to serve him the emergency 24 hour PFA and to get her kid back from him.

He left her no lie, 28 messages on her cell the night before.

"Im gonna kill you bitch"

"I just bought a new gun"

"Everyone in that house is dead"

Then about 15 messages of him blasting wigga music and sound clips from Scarface.

Dudes a real idiot.

I was at her house that night cause her son really was sick.

The next day she listened to her messages and called me screaming. She had dropped off the kid at daycare and the dad was supposed to get him in the pm.

So I raced over to daycare to get the kid before the psyco could. But I was too late. Thats when I MADE her go to emergency night court that night, then the judge made a trooper go to this dudes house to pick up the son.

We were waiting in the car when 4 more cars come flying up the street and go running to the trailer to help the one cop get the baby.

Of course my friend was going bannans in the car with me and I had to physically restrain her.

What a mess

It really sucks for her because she cant get any child support out of him while hes in county she cant collect any child support.

They'll take him out of lock up while hes in county for the criminal charges of stalking and harrassment. But they wont take him out of county for the child support cause its not a criminal charge.

WTF. So god knows how long she'll have to wait till he gets out and starts to make payments.

That sucks dude.

What's just as bad though, are the women who claim to be abused but aren't. They make it harder for women who do get mistreated to be taken seriously/get proper help.

My ex claimed I hit her in the face with my XBOX causing neck and back injury. The lawyer had me bring in the xbox, looked at it and said, no way. If you get hit with an xbox, your face is gonna be busted.

While I can't help but feel sorry for this girl, I still can't understand why people allow themselves to be so mistreated. It really is a shame.
