I spotted Clint in his POS saturn with his hair blowing in the wind on New
Falls Road between Hood and the Boulevard and Timmeh says he was in the passenger seat. The vehicle appeared to be moving at a slow rate of speed possibly 8mph?

Could be the red light in front of me that I was slowing down for.
