Funny story

so my boss was showing me my performance appraisal form, and it showed a 3.5% salary increase in the middle of the page. He asked if that was what I expected, and said "yeah...". So we go through the paperwork talking about my performance on my job for the past year, and i get a really good review.

So then we go back to the salary page, and he discusses how it took a while to get me my raise, and promotion, and I was like "WTF" i don't see that.

it was on the top of the page that after the normal 3.5% wage increase, I got a larger wage increase on top of that!

So we started laughing about how i didn't see that and how he noticed I wasn't happy at first.

So anyways I'm happy!!!

hell no.

well i do have alot of work, just can never see the end of the tunnel, so i take my time.

i'll be doing more higher level architectual stuff, like systems designs, as well as the nitty gritty work.
