The Handling on a Saturn...

... can't be good when it ends up like this :



Saw this on my way to work this morning, Must've been about 2 minutes behind it. The driver was scratch free and standing in disgust though so its all good!

Saturns handle extremely well when it's not stock suspension. THe stock springs allow so much body roll, that if you put anything sticky on the wheels, you're in trouble. As you clearly see above.

Hoosiers (stickiest R compounds out there) and the stock springs, 126 lbs/in front 129 lbs/in rear. BAD combination.

But looking at the picture, it's a 2nd gen, and the chances that it has ABS are slim, so I doubt it has discs. :thumbdow:

My new 04 saturn redline handled great and then when I dropped it all I can say is WOW I'm tellin ya this thing handles beatifully now. I have way to much fun driving this car now that its lowered and its handling is as good as it is
