I have not had a problem with mine what so ever, no hesitation, no rough idle, nada. I can get sound clips for you if you want, and yes it will bolt right up to the TMIC, nothing needed. It also comes with a cap to plug the return line. It is all billit (SP?). I just cleaned and regreased its guts so it is good to go for a while. The sound is like a woosh, nothing too annoying, nothing like the HKS.

What's the point? The stock recirc valve does it's job well above stock boost.

if it was anything like the BOV on my '03 it sounds like a lot of loud backfiring, cause that's what it does (or did til my brother circulated it). When he put the recirc pipe on no more backfire and a noticible increase in acceleration.

I'm not a WRX expert, at best I'm a tuning novice, but I have done enough reading about WRXs and BOVs in the last month since purchasing my car to know to leave the stock BPV in there and spend your money on something more usefull.

Also, I'll bet he paid 15k for an '05 after trade in/ down payment correct?

no he traded in a scion tc for 14k

the final price before taxes was 15k for the wrx

that's what I am asking. he traded in his scion for 14k which probably had some trade in equity beyond what he owed on the car. So the car wasn't 15k it was more but he purchased it for 15k after the trade in value right?

BTW I hope that finger pointing about flaming was not pointed at me?
