spark plugs

I'm running NGK BPR7ES currently, but I fowled them out after I change my TB and fixed the timming. I ended up running richer then 10:1 on 108oct I had to pull 20% of fuel out to get the A/F back to 11.5:1. Any way here is the question should I stay with the 7's or goto the 8's? I'm running 21 psi daily on my 57 trim.
