What would you do??

I just got home and there is a box on my porch, which was supposed to contain my brake pads and rotors for my van from Autozone's web site.

Without looking/reading the tags, I ripped into it and found a Summit Racing box. It contains a Crane HI-6CD Ignition box, a Crane Fireball coil and some small misc. ignition stuff. Probably around $400-$500 worth of shtuff.

Anywho, I called the name/number on the receipt and left a message that the package was delivered to me, only a short drive from his address. I really want to keep it though

I always manage to stumble into someone else $h!t. I bet I have found somewhere in the range of 10 wallets in my life. Each one had credit cards, cash, licenses, etc.. and I returned each one to it's owner. One guy blamed me for stealing a few hundred dollars from his wallet that I found in Kmart parking lot in Feasterville. I took it directly to his house, knocked on his door, and handed it to him when he answered. I said 'I found this in Kmart's parking lot'. As he counted the cash in it he said ' there's $300 missing, what did you do with it?? why didn't you just take the wallet into Kmart'

I responded with...You ungrateful mother f'r! I took time out of my day to drive this wallet directly to your house, because of the fact that I don't trust people. I opened your wallet, found your ID, and brought it to you. And you are blaming me for stealing your cash...for that, I should haul off and leave you laying in your front doorway, but I'm a good guy and would never do something like that, sir.'

I was mad as $h!t.

Pay it foreward...

I try and do as many things like that as possible. if i find wallets, or keys. whatever it may be.

Last week i saw a guy pushing his brand new buell and asked if everything was ok. he said that it still had gas, but even when he turned the reserve on it still didn't have enoguh. so i went back to my place and got him a can of gass. and since nobody was home for me to put it in there car. i even took it too him in my car. (witch i would almost never ever do)

he wanted to pay me, but i just told him to pay it foreward. so hopefully he stops the next time i run out of gass and helps me.
