Careless driving
Three months ago I get a ticket for careless driving. The cop told me I was doing 49 mph in a 25 mph school zone. (I had just gotten out of school, and the school zone I was in was for my school. lol) Anyway, what exactly does careless drving mean? Does it mean speeding excessively, or speeding even 1 mph over the speed limit in a school zone. I need to know what to prove I didn't do becuase my court date is on Thrusday. -Thanks |

I settled for a plead deal. $250 surcharge. $100 fine. plus court costs. $389 total. I prbly could have gotten something a little less, but w/e
Oh, and I was going to argue that I actually wasn't endangring anyone's safety since the bell had wrong just before I got pulled over and there were not kids present. |
