Lowering Spring Help!

i need help with installing my tein s tech springs. i was in an accident a few months back and i cant really do it alone...so i took it to a few places and the numbers i got were ridiculous. i have a 06 wrx and i wanted to have these on by saturday before the car show up at shady brook farm.
so if anyone can help me with the installation or pointing me in the right direction to someone who can help me...or guide me and a buddy then it would be AWESOME. any help is appreciated.

thanks.
