Was coming home on 202 where it splits into 422 and philly direction. I was driving, heard a turbo spool next to me, no doubt trying to race. My exit was coming up and I doubt I would have won

Just seeing if anyone was in that area around 9:30 tonight.

I remember seeing a black turbo civic running at Atco and it was running low 12's. I think it was a 2000 Civic SI or atleast that body style, but there is also the 500 horse black hatch.
