I recieved a ticket on the express way which is a 39 4-56. The state trooper stated it was a 0 point ticket. He didnt check off the court appearance required section either. This is the first time i recevied a ticket in nj. I dont even understand what violation it is and The ticket has no monetary value on it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Edit(I was speeding) maybe 80-90 in a 50 zone) he was nice and gave me a minimal ticket. Already paid 54$) thanks a lot!

that ticket (39:4-56) is Delaying traffic. why were u stopped? for that reason? did he stop you for something else and write u that ticket instead? Give more details. It is not court mandatory. I believe the fine is $47, but call the number on the back of the ticket and they will tell you how much you owe. You can mail it in and forget about it and u wont get any points.
