I think it's the kid who bought Matt (eastsidesuby19) car. He may have just left the plate bracket on.

Shorter sometimes but mostly spikey. I was gonna post a spotted friday but i was busy all weekend. I see Archie everyday @ work but we actually saw eachother outside of work unplanned haha.
